Weather: kinda humid but a nice breeze too
Comments:
I did a new route tonight and wasn't sure of the distance so I kind of took it easy. Besides the fact that I had just finished Turbo Kicks!!! I also did the last mile on a treadmill with Matt to see who's faster- it was me AFTER DOING THE 3 MILER!!!!
