Comments:
Lounged around for the morning, then late morning we drove to "the track", but I gave BGD the wrong directions, so we wound up parking by the library.

Did about :05 of jogging, then about :15 of drills, then about :20 of easy jogging along the lake. Felt pretty shitty. Not sure how much was allergies (some: the nose was going nuts, and there's yellow shit EVERYWHERE), altitude, or fatigue from the Escarpment climb. Felt OK at the end of the run.

Wore the race-day N2s again.
