Comments:
late night beforehand and long drive in morning didn't leave me much warmup time before 8:30am gun. splits - 5:17, 5:30, 5:40, 5:40, 5:30.

disappointed with the weekend but it was a good strength weekend and the heat probably helped me from running too hard both days in an absolute sense. And I guess I haven't really been running much or too long since the Hermes 10 miler.
