Comments:
5-10x 1600m at Tpace. I did 4 reps since I haven't done much on the track and 5 miles is a lot. started conservative with 5:32.6 (83,84,82,83), then really cut it down with 5:25.8 (80,82,82,82), 5:23.8(80,81,82,81), 5:20.9(79,81,79,82). Felt great, and having Aaron there was huge. I was able to gauge off him the first rep, then sit right on him the 2nd. Then on the third and fourth I felt good enough to share in pacing duties for a few laps.
