7:30p solo around Wads. ended at the track for
8*200 w/ 200rest, splits 32.2, 32.4, 31.4, 31.0, 30.5, 29.9, 32.0, 30.5. only wanted goal mile pace so 33.0 at the fastest, but oh well. got scared after the 6th interval and shouldn't have, it was 29.9 not like 29.0
