"If you're running faster than what you think you should be, that's your body trying to elevate itself. Don't hold back." Boyer said that after I said I just wanted weekend goal mile pace (:67) after my first 400, and it resonated. 400s were more push, 800s were more float. Good solo workout as it was a small group today -- no Grogan or Henry.
