4x400 and a long cool down

Comments:
Good Pre main street mile workout. 4x400 with 100 jog between each set of two and 200 jog between the sets.
1.5 mile warmup
400's were 63,65,66,63
200's were 31,32,29,27

40 minute cool down felt ok, but faster then it actually was. Best workout of the summer so far. Ran a bit too fast on the last 200 and have a little tightness in my right Hamstring.
