Busted workout

Pretty good day at work. Thought about running, but me FEET are so goddamn sore! They were throbby just sitting at home before the run, so decided to bike.

Made it a mile from home when I went up a tiny curb/ramp...and blew out the back tire. Walked home. Didn't do anything else! I figure a rest day would be in order.

Per usual, did a 3-set of strength at work over lunch. Still loving work, even when I have zero opening, as has been the case for the past week+!
