Pretty good day at work; feet felt a ton better after tennis ball-rolling a bunch in the AM. They're TIGHT!
Ran after work, but felt super tired: I think it was the shit in the air. I *think* I took a Zyrtek in the AM, but I can't remember. There's so much shit in the upper atmosphere that we had a thunderstorm (more like dry lightning) at around 5AM this morning.
Ran...the usual! I'm a creature of habit, and I like to compare how I'm doing, MAF-wise. I found, once again, that I can grind faster and faster - getting into the mid-6s on the flats. Got a couple spikes in the last 2+ miles (hills, etc), but otherwise kept it in check.
Legs and feet felt pretty good, though I've got residual tightness in the L hammy. Overall, the corrections I discovered on Saturday have been huge in turning back my back pain, and helping my run stride, too.
Went out for beers/burger with Pete, my former coworker, after the run. Pretty good to catch up with him. In bed by 10.
