Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Decided that I need to start getting the miles in in the AM: cooler, more time, more relaxed HR, etc.
Could not get my ass out of bed for a longer run, so did "just" 5. HR was supz low, as expected. Pushed the run hard in the 2nd half just to approach MAF.
L foot still a bit sore...
