Comments:
HOT fucking run - SO humid, it was like I brought Wisco back with me. Sheesh.
Ran from ManSpace - after moving a new fridge into the basement, down an angled staircase, which was a near-clusterfuck. Ran down to the valley, across Willamette, then all the way back to Fairmount and back on Ribbon trail.
Felt pretty good!
SO...it took 'til the end of yesterday's AM run to realize I'd been "shorting" my hip extension, so I really worked on that. This explains my super tight hammies. Felt immediately better and faster, but it was work. Did this same damn thing last summer/fall, too!!
Overall, felt pretty worn. Post-run was annoying because it was so sticky - very unlike Eugene this time of year.
