Slept in today; did NOT feel good yesterday, so no Sisters run. Fiddled around the house before going on a bike ride, and winding up at the Amazon pool, which is outdoor. Timed it to be during the Duck game so it wouldn't be busy.
Good bike ride, and good swim, but man, is it tough!
