AM swim

Still not feeling great, but I really needed and wanted to swim, so I got my ass out of bed and drove to the pool

There's something pretty cool about swimming outdoors in the dark! The air temp was a balmy 60 (warm at all times of the year for EUG), and the water like 8x!

Did the usual of alternating between pool buoy (arm focused) and kickboard. Both focused on submersion and breathing! Still tough, but I'm getting better. Swam most of the time for 30min.

The AM: SORE hammies...I think I'm stressing them kicking...can't be doing that right.
