Got an annoying low amount of sleep last night, but I still got up to swim, as I didn't work 'til 830.  It was 40F out, but the pool was double that.  It was dark and steamy, so cool!  
Shoulder was a bit sore, but otherwise a good swim - went for 30min.  Getting gradually more comfortable with the water.
