SEHS track

Rained a ton today, but thankfully not by the time I got out.

Had to finish the column today...got to it after work and it took 'til 8 to finish! I think the content is good, but it's a little disjointed.

Decided to run straight SEHS and just run for a half hour, then come back. For some reason, my HR was super-low, which was nice -- maybe for sitting there, just typing for hours? Had to work to get it to 150 or over.

Listened to JT's Part II of 20/20; it was good!

While on the track, worked on trunk alignment which, simply put, is a strong push off (whole foot, including medial arch) R, + a "wide push" L. Ran clockwise on the track to make myself stay R.

L hamstring was still hella-achy, then I realized that I was putting so much effort into pushing off the R that I was effectively "shorting" the L leg - so using hamstring instead of glut. Ugh.
