I am racing this saturday and I haven't been running much latley. Did a little workout to see where I was and try to get my legs ready to run a race they are unprepaired to run. I did the workout around my block which is an 800 meter loop with a fairly big hill. Did the miles in 5:22 and 5:21. The 800s were 2:35 and 2:32. 45 second rest in between intervals. I felt tired
