OK day; not a very exciting class: dank building on Sepulveda just past LAX.  Boring...but good stuff.
Chris Powers is like a GIANT in lower leg biomechanics research, but that doesn't mean I believe 100% of what he says.  BUT what was rewarding is that the focus I've put on trunk ("The Crouch") is THE #1 point of emphasis for him.
I was the guinea pig for gait analysis in front of the whole class.  What I found out?  NOT ENOUGH "Kilian Butt", or "pawback" in my stride.  I'm essentially overloading quad/hammy/calf by not sticking my ass out enough and/or PULLING the leg behind.  Good info!  
So after class, both Taylor and I ran about 3ish miles on the treadmill.  Heavy focus on butt back/knees back, trunk forward.  Felt OK.  
Fun night out at Santa Monica Pier with the 4 of us (-Warren, +Shannon Millington, also from EUG).
