Weather: light mist, nice
Comments:
GOOD run, kept it super easy, just focused on good mechanics and relaxation. Big emphasis right now on a proper warm-up and cooldown, so my first 15min was in the 13x HRs, then only gradually getting up to 14x. Felt REALLY good, felt like I'm finally grooving on the stride, and getting good R hip/pelvic loading/extension. No hamstring flares, despite no trunk taping.
Ran up Hendricks past PRE's rock, trying to get more vert.
A little annoying to run during trick-or-treat tyme, but otherwise fine. Did a walk-cooldown again.
