Weather: 65 and sunny
Comments:
Tried to go hard. Legs were a little tight. The run felt pretty good though. Worked on really getting my knees up and driving on the hills. Finished strong. A little slower than yesterday but still okay. Time to bump the mileage up a little. Maybe 4 or 4 1/2 tomorrow. We'll se how it goes.
