Comments:
Up at 0530 to wish Meredith a happy 50th. Met Pete at 0600 at Hayward for a morning run on Amazon/Rexius. The place is totally transformed: mega-restricted access, metal detectors out, fencing everywhere, the works.

Felt WAYYYY BETTER today, having slept on the air mattress last night. There was something about those tiny, shitty twin mattresses that I'd wake up seriously 10x/night. Last night I woke up maybe twice. HUGE improvement.

Run went pretty well, but I was still tired from last night. My knee also got painful in the middle of the run. No more kneeling during work!!!

Might bike this afternoon with Stef, but I'd actually like an afternoon off, so we'll see...
