Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
1M warm-up with Aaron @ 1:15 before my race, 1.5M on my own @ 0:40 before my race. 2M cool-down.
3rd leg. Jon and Aaron ran 24:50 and we were 2:20 behind Google at the hand off. No chance of catching them. Ran about 25:15 w/ mile splits of 5:23,5:25,5:52,5:51,2:44. First half was mostly downhill and second half uphill, although the uphill wasn't very steep. Did not run well, but the time was better than expected. Uphill miles should have been the same as downhill, but I was dying and really struggled to keep it together.
Need to evaluate my running and either give up on competitiveness or really focus on training...
