Weather: mid-40s, light rain
Comments:
Despite getting to bed late, I slept well and was up at 530ish to get in a run. I knew I'd have no time after work, so I got it done.
The BIG focus was on: 1.) slowing the fuck down, and 2.) "weight acceptance" and being "light & strong" on the left leg.
Ran up the back side of Skinner, then down into the river path, down to VRC and back on the other side. Kept it easy and focused on those things. The legs felt heavy (from my lifting, then Mike working me hard last night with tons of jumps), but otherwise the effort felt great!
Pretty good day at work - went by really fast! Got out of town just after 5 and was treated to dry roads by the time I got an hour south. Pretty good drive, but I struggled to stay awake at time...
