straight into 4 mile steady-state out to 3 mile mark and back 1 mile - 5:50, 6:00, 5:58, 6:10 - 24:00 total (6:00's)
heartrate break - 184 (82%)
3 mile cd back to House 2 in 20:29 (6:49's)
So it was hotter than last steady-state and I had 7 pieces of pizza for lunch about 4 hours prior to running. So increased heartrate for a slower time. Oh well, still not a bad run. Plus I'm sure running more miles this week with hills is at least slightly shocking to my legs.
