Comments:
Pretty OK run this morning; energy was good, though my quads are trashy. R calf is better, having shifted the load to the quad, which is good. Felt like the pace was respectable for 0530, but this loop took 60min, including a 2-block cutoff d/t needing to deuce at Fairmount Park.

I was rushing like mad after the run to get to work, only to remember that I worked at 0730, not 0700! Whoops. Wound up being able to take some more breakfast time, which was nice.

Should be running about 4 at lunch today for an "easy 12". Lifting in the PM.
