Comments:
No AM run, because I got to bed late...AND I don't want to go run mindlessly in the early AM.
Got the cameras on and REALLY focused on "the crouch"/hinge, plus "NO SWIVZ" (which is SO hard): which requires a really strong, quick arm swing.
It's interesting how "off" I think the Suunto is. It shorts every run by nearly 10%, consistently. Once again, I was running close to 7:00 pace on the TM at a HR of about 135. That is about "7:30 pace" outside according to the watch.
