Weather: 70 nice after the storm

Comments:
8:15p, much cooler temps after the storm. the last 2 miles at just over 6min pace. right leg a bit sore neuromuscularly from yesterday.

trying to be good and run 7 days in a row. today was a success getting out the door in the late evening when I was tired and I could have talked myself into not going because a storm could return any minute. I also might try to do a long run workout on Sunday, meaning I should keep the pace easy Thurs-Sat
