Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
we had to drive to get out bikes after the swim. The bike went really well. It was a really hilly course on purpose. We started at the bottom of a big hill. I think it is one of the steepest and longest in chapel hill. Two loops from the bottom and then we ended with a mountain top finish at the top of the hill. It was a total of 6.75 miles. I was the fastest bike time by 1:10 and took the overall lead by 47 seconds. Really felt it in the legs by the end
