Comments:
Felt OK on this run; really glad I slept! Sciatic pain is still present, though tolerable. Did the usual loop through PRE, campus, and up to the Rock. I get some relief with "pelvic neutral" but not a whole lot. Really annoying.

Finished up with 5x 30/30, which felt fine. Under-using quad on R (too much calf). ANNOYING.
