Comments:
Felt tired and toasty on this run, but had a nice rhythm going. R sciatic a little better and it responded well to "pelvic neutral" position, as a likely cause of this flare-up is due to too much lordosis + hammering 13.1 on it. Nevertheless, it's ANNOYING.

No circuits today, as Shana was home when I got there. Did some stretching, then went to Sam Bond's. I could seriously eat their hummus plate every night. Incredible.
