Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Good day at work - less busy - then foam rolled a bit. Almost didn't go run: just feel HEAVY, still! But I went.
Stride felt pretty good. A HUGE deficit, still, is the lack of consistent hip drive - straight up and down lift - so I worked on that, and felt pretty good. Did a set of pull-ups midway, then ran easy back.
Warm, but VERY (uncharacteristically) breezy.
Post-work: came home and cooked, then called KacR. Trying to plan our next visit, but she's got conflicts, but also waffling a bit. Ugh. Frustrating. I just don't know if it will "work" for me to only see her every 6-8 weeks. And if our next meeting is Javelina - and MIGZ is going to be there - then I'm not sure that's going to be a very quality visit, either...
Lunch workout: 3 sets of
- air squats (x40)
- short and long plank (x20)
- horizontal (incline) pullups (x10-12)
Abs are SORE from the t-band chops yesterday!!
