Weather: 60s, not raining, but it had been
Comments:
Long day with late patients. Left from work, running into South Eug.
Felt FANTASTIC. Major focus on hip drive/abs, as well as pawback. SO good! Ran about 7:00 pace with easy breathing (no HRM).
Did x6 strides, with good lumbar extension. BIG focus on using the R ball of the foot, which is just KEY to full hip/pelvic mobility on the right.
Didn't do crap in the PM (didn't get home til 7:45).
