Baldy repeats

Weather: 70s, beautiful

Comments:
Solid hill repeat run: my first hill sesh since pre-Waldo. Jogged from 40th & Hilyard to Baldy and did x3 repeats.

I thought the splits were crap, but looking historically, they were solid. They're building a new path in the woods on the descent, so they ruined the upper reaches of the sweet singletrack, so my descent splits were weird.

Up (HR), down (HR):

The climbing legs were definitely off and I had to be mindful of using abs to drive upward. The HR was spikier than I would've liked, but not sure if there were allergens involved.

Got home in time to watch the Ducks play like shit and lose. :-/ Equally as bad was mixing Boneyard IPA with PBR...
