Exercise Type: Run
Weather: high 50s, but felt warm - dry
Comments:
Good run. I was STILL quite sore from Monday, but I wanted to get in a long south run, and get in a summit. The air was a little sketchy, so my HR was pretty jacked on the uphill. But I did PR on the climb:

Climbing is feeling strong right now!
Did some pull-ups, but no other strength.
Met Emily to talk about training. She's going to do some downhill repeats this next month, and we're metabolic testing her on Friday.
