Weather: nearly 60, dry-ish
Comments:
Week two of the downhill repeats. Google maps calls this 0.9 miles, which is nice, as that means these repeats are all consistently <5 minute miles.
Felt a lot easier, but unfortunately the HR wasn't much lower. The splits were, on average, a few seconds faster:

Felt a lot more comfortable, and felt better on the cooldown, for sure. Good workout, and I'm hopeful this will translate to faster running - on downs but ALSO on flats!
