Weather: 63, slightly cooler
Comments:
Felt TIRED upon waking; felt OK to begin with but as the run went on I got REALLY TIRED. The heat yesterday really zapped me, and on top of that, I was inadequately hydrated and fueled.
R ass pain was better but I'm now overloading my R lateral quad and calf from the "trunk lean". Double turds.
EXHAUSTED for the beginning of work...but I came around once I got hydrated, which took all morning!
