6:30p. Again, low-7-minute-pace is not a super easy effort. 2.5 on a 1-5 scale (1-recovery, 2-easy, 3-easy/moderate workout, 4-hard workout, 5-race). right quad felt awkward. Is it finally done being above 32 degrees?
