3x Baldy with Callie Alice!

Weather: sunny-ish, just above freezing

Comments:
Another cold morning, but not too bad. Slept in a bit, then got out the door in time to run before the Duck game.

The plan was one last 3x Baldy, this time with Callie Alice. I forgot my watch, entirely, so I had to have her manual time them. Oops.

Having her beside me - especially on the wide gravel first half - definitely pushed the pace. But it felt 100% sustainable, and things got very controlled on the single-file upper half.

My PR to date was maybe 10:10, so it was pretty shocking when we laid down:

9:44, 9:49: 9:55

WOW. Pretty happy with that.

From the top, I had her go out front on the descent, where I tried in vain to keep up. She's gonna be REALLY good to workout with.

Ran easy back to the truck. 2x10 pull-ups (10 before and after).

PM: Duck game with Callie Alice at the ManSpace. Matt Thornton showed up, so the energy was great! And a BIG win!
