Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 50s, COOL!

Comments:
I contemplating NOT running this AM: the feet hurt, and I was worried my legs would feel awful. However, I didn't feel too tired, so after tea/Clif I went.

Turns out the legs felt better than expected. Cruised along the trails, through campus, and up/down to/from Pre's rock. I was TIRED, but overall the pace was brisk and I felt good.

Seems like I'm recovering pretty fast, which is good...

Not sure if I'm gonna run tonight or not. My 100-mile weekly goal thinks that I'm gonna need to.
