Comments:
Wasn't s ure what I was gonna do today, but a couple miles into the run I decided I'd do my AT this am. Felt pretty good on the run over to Alton, and pretty damn good on the AT: started slow in 5:52 but did 11:40 for 2-3 (only 5:50 but relatively fast for this "long 2"), then 5:42 for 3->4. Went well but I was TIRED afterwards.

Pretty bad gut rot: 2 deuces pre, 2 deuces pre- and post-AT. Eek.
