Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Thought I had it all figured out today: that my trunk alignment was causing my left leg overload. So I taped BOTH my trunk and neck, and went for a run.
Ran from work, into PRE and into Springfield. Felt OK 'til about 4 miles in, then the achilles got progressively more and more tight. And SQUEAKY. Bad news.
Walked the last 1.5 miles back to work. UGH. Sucks. What a major buzzkill after such an awesome weekend.
