Weather: rainy...for a change

Comments:
Ran easy with Callie Alice. Didn't feel too sore this AM, so I ran again. Ran to the apt to pick her up, then we ran PRE all the way to Springfield and back.

Achilles was OK 'til about the midway mark, then really started to tighten. I'm less "afraid" of it when I realize that SOME of the symptoms are nerve-tension related (neck and back), but it gradually worsened 'til I had to walk in the last mile. Ugh.

REALLY focused on lumbar stability - being arched but not "floppy", and getting good ball of the foot pushing.

Got back to work and increased my "toe touch" by like 3" just working on my neck! Ugh, lots of issues driving the "tightness", for sure.

PM: got a haircut (took forever!)
