Sheldon Pool Run

Another hour at Sheldon - 4 weeks in a row? Almost NO actual deep-water running, instead a shit-load of waist to chest-deep shallow-water running. For the first time, I went in the shallowest end, where my arms were out of water.

The bulk of my run was:
- quick feet shallow running (waist and chest)
- bounding: long, strong forward bounds

I also mixed in a fair amount of backward bounding, which was interesting, and some grapevine work.

Felt pretty good, and went by fast! Quite chaotic, once again, with kiddos in the for the final :30, but harassment was minimal.

AM: up early and to Allan Bros before 8AM to finish taxes and do some coaching stuff. It's pretty insane the amount of work I've got coming in right now.

PM: a couple errands post-pool, then rested at home and read, then yoga, then beer with CA, then dinner. Pretty good day, but a little low due to allergies (nice day + chlorine)
