Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Callie Alice at 11ish. Ran easy into PRE, then Fairmount. I was a little tired and pretty damn sore, still, but I wanted to keep up the 200s routine. So we made our way toward SEHS.
REALLY eased into them this time, with heavy emphasis on:
- whole foot
- no Swivz
Secondary focus on being forward, driving the knees upward, and fast cadence (which CA does great with).
She beat me on every one, but I wasn't trying to push at all. In fact, they felt pretty damn easy.

From there, jogged easy home, then hauled ass to get ready for my first day of per diem work at Axis. Felt good to work again.
