Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got up early and out the door to get in a loop before The Harts left. Got back and waited quite a while 'til they left, said goodbye, did some stretches, then went for a second loop.
Felt slightly better, and with better HR ( 138 avg or so). Did strides again at the end.
Rest of the day: checked out at 11, then got coffee at this great place, "Bankhouse" in Long Beach. LB is tiny and coastal MS, but this young guy asked me if I'm a runner, then when I told him I ran ultras, he said "I thought so". Chatted about running and told him to check out iRunFar. Nice guy, and good to see the young guys get interested in the long trails.
After that, HAMMERED Waffle House, then drove east toward N.O., with a stop off at the Stennis Space Center, which was randomly cool.
Got to the airport plenty early, so I did some work, including a *full analysis* of my spring 2013 training.
Bid goodbye to mom and Billy, but I'm seeing them again in a week. Good trip!
