Easy West PRE

Comments:
Ran in the AM, knowing I had to work today. Felt...labored again. Man, the ARMS are sore! Again, it's shocking how weak they get when - FOR MONTHS - they really actually don't swing.

I should've known, because there have been clues about the SWIVZ emergence:

- certain yoga positions are hard: holding my arms out, or overhead, for even short periods, was difficult!
- my pull-ups have just TANKED in the past six months!

Both shoulders (but R > L) are sore, as are the lats.

PM: worked at Axis again, another couple challenging patients, then yoga.
