Sunday long run

Weather: hot and humid

Comments:
I was fine for about 10 miles, but by then I guess I had lost so much salt and stuff in sweat that I just ran out of energy. I felt horrible towards the end and for the next few hours after. I lost like 8 pounds during the run.
