South EUG (Amazon + half-Rexius) + SEHS 200s

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: breezy, sunny

Comments:
Did an early-afternoon run from SEHS. Chatted with Ted, a coaching client, before the run, then ran easy for a couple miles.

Did a full "100-Up", with pretty good stability, then some ankling drills, then left for the run. Didn't use the HRM (forgot it), so went on feel. Did 2x10 pull-ups, then hit the track.

Did 200s clockwise on the track from the 300->100 mark. As such, my splits were weird. It seems like I was at least a second long, as they were (approx):

36, 35, 34.x, 34.x

Felt pretty strong, I think. Focus:

- Elite Feet
- Hip (upward + forward) drive
- Tall + arms

Did a couple laps cooldown jog, then drove home.

PM: did a "tempo" bike ride with CA.
