Bike Constitutional with CA

Went for a bike ride with CA after work. Not sure if this is going to be the routine, or not, but it's been good to be doing this "sub-MAF" work. We both agreed that pushing MAF on runs is annoying and frustrating, so why not go sub-MAF on bike rides, which are actually low stress and enjoyable?

So rather than grind up Chambers, we go the roundabout way up Crest to Lorane. It's a climb, but more prolonged. Nice, easy ride and very pretty, especially when out in the country.

Wore the Pink "Rupp" mask again. Ugh, it SUCKS. Too heavy, strap in the worst place. Just sucked, but I kept it on the whole time.

AHR only 107! Pretty boss.
