So each run I add just a little trying to build the mileage without getting hurt. Seems to be working so far. I think I'll try a 6 or 7 miler this weekend just to see how it goes. Gonna get a couple more 3-4 miler in this week before bumping up to 4 1/2 next week. Feeling much better and have dropped 5 lbs. so far. I am sure that will help also.
