Tempo run again today. I was hoping for a better run this time, as it was misty and cool, and I'd have no mask, at all.
Jogged really easy across the river, then did the DeFazio 5K loop again. I figure it's about the same "slowness" as 3 laps on the bark, with all the ups and downs and turns.
Felt pretty good and HR was actually low-ish through the mile, then so-so. Major focus on Elite Feet, arm swing and overall quick turnover - all of which were a challenge, of course. But it's getting easier.

Not bad. That's about 6:18 pace, maybe. Not great, but fuck it, it's an improvement and "real threshold".

Callie had major flight delays today and isn't coming back til Tuesday, so I drove her truck to the airport, then biked home. Moderately easy bike, but I felt tired.
